We use Canada Post / USPS and related National Postal Carriers for all packages include a tracking number, insurance, and a request for the postal service not to safe drop.  

The safe drop practice is avoided because it involves the postal service leaving the package in a “safe area” when the client receiving it is not available to take the delivery.  This often involves leaving the package at the front door, which can lead to theft if the client does not immediately pick up the package.

Clients are responsible for all customs, duties and applicable taxes .  If payment is made via credit card, shipments will only be sent to the same address as provided on the credit card.  No exceptions please.

We do our best to ship all items within 1 business day of payment but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates.    We aren’t responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit but all packages are insured, and we’ll work with you to resolve damaged or lost packages.

We are happy to accept returns for most devices within 7 days of your delivery or delivery notification to your home or postbox.  This would be documented by the tracking information provided by the carrier (e.g. Canada Post, USPS, Royal Mail etc.) on the carrier’s website.  We will not take returns for items that have damaged through accident or abuse – for example dropping, immersion in water etc.

Please send an email to or with your order number and reason for return.  We will reply to your return request with an RMA number.  All items (e.g. phone, cables, charger, SIM tool, USB adaptor, paper user guide etc.) and packaging (phone box, phone wrapping) must be included with the return.

The client is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items. We recommend shipping via a traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the item. We are unable to process a refund until we have safely received the item. The refund excludes shipping costs.
